I relocated from UK in 1994 to Spokane WA with my USAF hubbie & daughter. Got my real estate license that year and discovered my passion.

I am passionate about real estate and love working with Sellers + Buyers, Relocation, Military clients PCSing (been there done that, ret'd military wife), Seniors & First Time Buyers. In this changing market Sellers are still listing, Buyers are still buying. More properties are coming on the market so Buyers have a bit more time to consider a home and have more to choose from. The biggest change right now in 2024 has been the change in WA Law of Real Estate Agency 8/17/24 where brokers HAVE to have a Brokerage Services Agreement signed before providing ANY Brokerage Services to a potential home buyer or seller.

I embrace education and technology to better serve my clients. Video conferencing with Buyers and Sellers both in town and before they arrive. Document review can be easier when you can see my screen using Zoom. Drone tours and single property websites give more buyers access to my listings. Sellers, select a broker who has the experience to negotiate in the current market conditions. Buyers choose a broker who understands the 1/1/24 & 8/17/24 WA Law of Real Estate Agency changes - EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

My other passion is riding my Harley Davidson Softail Deuce, around town or across the country - trips include Run for The Wall to DC, to Sturgis and Milwaukee WI for the HD HOG Anniversary parties. Member of the Patriot Guard, stood in flag lines at military funerals.
